When Cancelling a Game ‘DAY OF’

If it is after 5:00pm Monday to Friday you will be charged the umpire fee. If there is less than 2 hours before your scheduled time on Sunday you will be charged the umpire fee. The sooner the league/ Daryl is aware. the better.

Please text or call the opposing team, along with umpire scheduler -Daryl (604-892-4842). You need to get a reply from BOTH before the game is officially cancelled.

Once the cancellation is confirmed email the league: squamishslopitch@gmail.com, Daryl: spiritkeeperdesign@shaw.ca and the opposing team for rescheduling.

This a reminder that all “weathered”-out games are cancelled at the fields by the Umpire unless something has been posted to our Social Media earlier in the day.

Both teams need to show up!

Teams who do not show up will be forfeiting the game.
